Tennessee Titans running back Derrick Henry suffered an apparent leg injury in the first half of the Week 8 win over the Indianapolis Colts but was able to finish the game.
Henry ended up having his worst game of the season, finishing with just 68 yards on 28 carries, and it was clear he wasn’t 100 percent. The good news is that he didn’t exit early, which is a great sign for his future availability.
After the game, Henry didn’t speak to the media because he was receiving treatment on his injury, according to multiple beat writers. It still isn’t clear what exactly his injury is, though.
Derrick Henry won’t have media session today. Getting treatment.

After the game, head coach Mike Vrabel gave limited information, per usual, only saying that Henry needed some rest and recovery.
#Titans Vrabel says RB Derrick Henry needs some recovery and rest … (my thought- he looked like his was in some pain today).

At the moment, it looks like Henry has avoided any kind of injury that will force him to miss time, but we won’t know much until the first injury report of the week is released on Wednesday.
