The Washington Football Team (2-5) has a prime opportunity to snap its three-game losing streak on Sunday in a Week 8 matchup against the Denver Broncos (3-4).
There are matchups for Washington to exploit in this game. And, for the first time in a few weeks, Washington will not face an elite quarterback. While Denver quarterback Teddy Bridgewater can play, he is far from Patrick Mahomes or Aaron Rodgers.
The Broncos could also be without star pass-rusher Von Miller, who was listed as questionable on Friday with an ankle injury. Head coach Vic Fangio said Miller is “50-50” for Sunday’s game.
