On Thursday, the Bulls suffered their first loss of the season to the New York Knicks, 104-103.

Chicago had a chance to win it with under 10 seconds left but DeMar DeRozan air-balled a contested mid-range jumper right at the buzzer to clinch the loss for the Bulls.

Despite a small ligament tear in his left thumb, Zach LaVine led the way for the Bulls with 25 points. 6 rebounds, and 3 assists including going 9-of-9 from the free throw line.

Nikola Vucevic finished with 22 points, 8 rebounds, and 6 assists. DeMar DeRozan had 20 points, 3 rebounds. 5 assists, 2 steals, and 1 block.
