Earlier this week Howie Roseman said the Eagles wouldn’t be sellers at the trade deadline, but things could change after Philadelphia loss their second straight contest.
The Eagles jumped out to a 7-0 lead and then Las Vegas scored 30 straight points as Jonathan Gannon’s embattled defense gave up 16 straight completions to Derek Carr, on the way to the Raiders star going 31-34 passing, for 323 yards, 2 touchdowns, and 1 interception.
His counterpart, Jalen Hurts, had another rough outing as he went 18 of 34 passing for 234 yards and 2 touchdowns, including a late toss to Jalen Reagor.
Hurts also led Philadelphia in rushing with 13 carries for 61-yards after running back Miles Sanders left the contest with an ankle injury. Sanders was establishing himself early on and had 6 carries for 30-yards before exiting.
Kenyan Drake led the Raiders in rushing with 14 carries for 69-yards and a touchdown after Josh Jacobs exited with a chest injury.
Philadelphia will now hit the road in Week 8 for an urgent matchup with the winless Lions.
