Andre Drummond out, Joel Embiid game time decision for Sixers vs. Thunder

Andre Drummond is out for the Philadelphia 76ers while Joel Embiid will be a game-time decision against the Oklahoma City Thunder.

The Philadelphia 76ers will be looking to bounce back from Friday’s loss when they take on the Oklahoma City Thunder on Sunday and they will be a bit shorthanded.

While they will still be missing Ben Simmons due to personal reasons as he continues to work his way back to playing as well as Shake Milton due to his right ankle sprain, the Sixers will be down a big man as well.

Andre Drummond is out for Sunday’s matchup with the Thunder due to a right ankle sprain of his own. Without him, the Sixers will have to rely more on Georges Niang on a small-ball role as well as Paul Reed.

Joel Embiid, meanwhile, will be a game-time decision. He is dealing with right knee soreness since the team’s season opener.

The Sixers and the Thunder will play at 7 p.m. EDT from the Paycom Center in Oklahoma City. It will be the start of a quick two-game road trip for the Sixers.
