Heading into the Week 6 matchup against the Denver Broncos, Maxx Crosby led the NFL in pressures. He has been around the quarterback all season long, but he has only managed to record two sacks (both in Week 1) this year.
That changed in Week 6 as he was able to take down Teddy Bridgewater three times on Sunday. He totaled five quarterback hits, one pass defelction and one tackle for a loss.
Crosby was nearly unblockable in that game and he was the biggest reason why the Broncos didn’t have much success all day on offense. After his elite game against the Broncos, he is our “Peak Performer” from Week 6:

Crosby has been arguably the best EDGE rusher in the NFL through the first six games of the season. He has already totaled 18 quarterback hits, which is the most of his career. In 2020, he was able to total only 13 quarterback hits and seven sacks, just to put those numbers into perspective.
At the age of 24, Crosby is having an All-Pro caliber of season. The Raiders need him to continue to play at that level if they want to make a run at the playoffs this season.
