First of all, before we get started, spoiler alerts for everyone here who is in the middle of watching Squid Game on Netflix. Do not continue from here. Thank you for clicking, though.
This absolutely horrifying series has been the talk of the internet for the short month it’s been out. It feels like everyone has watched it and, if you haven’t (like me), then you’ve at least seen all of the memes.
LeBron James and Anthony Davis have definitely seen it. And they talked about the end of the series in earshot of all the cameras at their postgame media availability after the Lakers’ game against the Warriors.
Davis was about to sit down and speak when he asked LeBron if he finished the series yet and, well, he didn’t seem to happy with the ending. He absolutely went in.
It was pretty funny to see how passionate he got over the show.

“Yeah, I did finish it. Did you finish it? You watched it? You done? Yeah, I didn’t like the ending though. No, I know they started off with a season two but like, get on the f**king flight, go see your daughter, bro. Like, what are you doing?”
Full disclosure: I have not seen Squid Game to this point so I have no idea what James is talking about here.
But if LeBron says you should get on the flight, you should probably get on the flight. This is one of the greatest problem solvers in NBA history, obviously. Probably a good person to listen to.
Luckily for Bron, there’s a second season on the way.
