Jalen Ramsey has been playing in the slot the majority of the time this season, which has prevented him from matching up with No. 1 receivers on the outside. However, he’s still been outstanding in coverage, even when covering the slot.
That was on display Thursday night against the Seahawks when he played perfect coverage on Tyler Lockett and broke up a pass by Russell Wilson. He tipped it in the air and it was picked by Troy Reeder, a huge takeaway for the defense after Matthew Stafford threw an interception of his own on the previous drive.
