Jalen Ramsey has been in L.A. for about two years now since being traded by the Jaguars in 2019, but he hadn’t yet gotten out to a Dodgers game. He changed that on Saturday night when he visited Dodger Stadium for his first game, watching Los Angeles beat the Brewers, 8-3.
He shared a message on the Dodgers’ Twitter account before the game got underway, saying it’s not only his first visit to the stadium, but his first MLB game ever.

He got to throw out the first pitch, too, tossing a strike to Mookie Betts behind home plate.
That’s a strike! 👀 #ITFDB@jalenramsey x @mookiebetts pic.twitter.com/bn14XRAErY

With his range and instincts, Ramsey probably would’ve made a great outfielder. But after seeing the success he’s had in the NFL, he made the right choice to pursue a career in football.
After throwing the first pitch, he took to Twitter and said it’s a memory he’ll never forget.
I have a little work to do if imma tap into that @MLB money 😂…
WHAT AN EXPERIENCE THO. THANK YOU @Dodgers & @mookiebetts for the love y’all showed the kid today. This is a memory I’ve never forget at my first baseball game❕ 🤟🏾 https://t.co/motsdgC1bD— Jalen Ramsey (@jalenramsey) October 3, 2021
