The Indianapolis Colts will enter the weekend as slight underdogs against the Miami Dolphins for the Week 4 matchup at Hard Rock Stadium.
Updating the odds that opened the week, the Colts didn’t see a change in the spread. With so many players injured and the team playing poorly to open the season, they will remain underdogs until they can prove otherwise in the eyes of Vegas, per Tipico Sportsbook.
Spread | Moneyline | Total Points | |
Indianapolis Colts (0-3) | +2.5 | +105 | U 41.5 -112 |
Miami Dolphins (1-2) | -2.5 | -130 | O 41.5 -108 |
While the spread remains the same, the moneyline shifted just slightly for the Colts, down from +110 to open the week. The under for this matchup also went down a point as this could easily turn into a defensive battle.
The Colts are likely to be without All-Pro left guard Quenton Nelson, who is in line to miss his first career start due to a high-ankle sprain. They will also likely be without right tackle Braden Smith, who hasn’t practiced since Week 1.
The Dolphins are relatively healthy outside of the quarterback position. With Tua Tagovailoa on the injured reserve list, the Colts will face Jacoby Brissett, who isn’t focusing on the revenge narrative entering this game.
The Colts have their backs against the wall so it will be interesting to see how they respond with everything going against them. As it stands, Vegas sees them going to 0-4 and in last place in the division.
