New England Patriots running back James White was carted off the field with a hip injury at the beginning of the second quarter in Week 3. He was quickly ruled out for the rest of New England’s game against the New Orleans Saints.
White has recorded nine carries for 32 yards and a touchdown this season. He has also has 13 receptions for 94 yards.
With this injury, the Patriots will have to rely on the depth in their running back room. The Patriots have several options that could provide them some flexibility at the position, including Damien Harris, Brandon Bolden and J.J. Taylor.
As this game moves forward, it will be intriguing to see who will step up in White’s absence.
