Michigan State improved to 4-0 on the 2021 season after a thrilling 23-20 overtime victory against Nebraska on Saturday night.
The Spartans came into the contest ranked as the No. 20 overall team and looking to improve upon that ranking, and they did just that, moving up 3 spots to No. 17 after the victory over the Cornhuskers.

The Spartans are exceeding expectations so far this season, after being ranked by many to finish last in the Big Ten coming into the season.
MSU will look to continue their upward trend in the rankings when they host the Hilltoppers of Western Kentucky this Saturday.
