Jaguars inactives: CBs CJ Henderson, Tre Herndon out vs. Cardinals

The Cardinals will face a depleted Jaguars secondary in Week 3.

The Jacksonville Jaguars have struggled in their pass defense so far through two games this season. They could struggle even more in Week 3.

They face the Arizona Cardinals and quarterback Kyler Murray, who enters Week 3 with the second-most passing yards in the league.

The Jaguars will do it without two of their three top cornerbacks. CJ Henderson and Tre Herndon are among the Jaguars’ inactive players.

This is the full list:

  • CB CJ Henderson
  • CB Tre Herndon
  • DT Roy Robertson-Harris
  • DT Jay Tufele
  • OLB Jordan Smith

Robertson-Harris will be missed, as he is a big reason why the Jaguars have been tough against the run. Smith’s absence is another hole from the edge.

The Cardinals have averaged 36 points per game through two games. They have a chance to put up a lot of points again.
