Matt Prater has done it again!
The 37-year-old kicking legend made a 62-yard field goal look extremely easy for the Arizona Cardinals on Sunday. The field goal — which was kicked from near dead-center of the Cardinals’ mid-field logo!! — put the home team up on the Minnesota Vikings 24-23 at the end of the first half.
Prater already owns the NFL record for the longest field goal — a 64-yarder from 2013 — and his kick at the end of the second quarter would have likely broken the record, as it hit the back netting with room to spare.
Here’s the impressive kick from Prater that gave the Cardinals the lead.

And yes, that is Gus Johnson on the call working his magic and making a 62-yard field goal, of all things, exciting. Football fans were also blown away by Prater’s automatic leg as he made it look so easy.
