The Indianapolis Colts (0-1) will play host to the Los Angeles Rams (1-0) for a Week 2 matchup at Lucas Oil Stadium on Sunday.
After dropping the first game of the season at home, the Colts will be looking to bounce back in a tough matchup against a legit Rams team. The Colts enter this matchup as 3.5-point home underdogs.
Here’s how some of the experts around the league view the Week 2 matchup:
Expert | Pick | Score (if applicable) |
Nate Davis (USA TODAY) | Rams | 27-23 |

Bleacher Report | Rams | 27-21 |
Over at Tallysight, 98% of the analysts are siding with the Rams in this one. It shouldn’t really come as a surprise. The Colts are extremely short-handed already and the Rams have elite players at impact positions.
The Colts will be without right tackle Braden Smith and cornerback Xavier Rhodes, both of which were ruled out Friday due to injuries. Another seven players are listed as questionable on the final injury report.
The Rams, meanwhile, are looking to extend their record to 2-0 with their new quarterback in Matthew Stafford, who balled out during their prime-time opener.
This was a tough matchup for the Colts to win before the injuries started and now, their chances become even slimmer on Sunday.
