Much like last week, there were not a lot of poor individual performances for Auburn.
The Tigers started off the game slow, but a 35-point third quarter (Auburn’s first 35-point quarter since 1993 against New Mexico State) helped Auburn pull away en route a 62-0 shutout (my score prediction was 63-0. Just saying.) over the Alabama State Hornets.
While it might have been a shutout, some of Auburn’s issues last season began to arise in small doses during this game. Let’s hope they don’t rear their head next week.
Here are three losers from Auburn’s shutout win over Alabama State.
