Max Kellerman’s debut on his new ESPN radio show got off to a perfectly awkward start

Whooooops.

Max Kellerman’s five-year run on the ESPN’s morning yelling show “First Take” came to an end last week.

But don’t worry, you’ll still be able to hear his usually brutal hot takes as he has a new gig with ESPN – he has joined Keyshawn Johnson and Jay Williams on their daily morning radio show that starts at 6 a.m. ET. My pal Charles Curtis broke down all the changes with ESPN radio.

Kellerman began his job Tuesday morning and it got off to a pretty funny start as somebody forgot to turn on his mic, which seems like a good idea going forward.

Perfect.
