Mitch Trubisky’s first game against the Bears is off to a pretty great start

Mitch Trubisky is out here looking different in front of Bears fans.

So far, so good for Mitch Trubisky in his return to Chicago for the first time as a visiting player.

There were fears that he’d get booed in his return after his tenure in Chicago didn’t end in the prettiest way — even in a game that doesn’t matter. But fret not. Trubisky is having a grand old time in his return so far.

Everything has been pretty cordial to start. The old quarterback met the new one before kickoff.

Trubisky and Justin Fields exchanged a handshake before things got busy. This was a pretty cool moment to see for both of them.

Then mans just got to cooking his old squad. He started the game in place of Josh Allen and lit the Bears’ defense up. He finished the first drive of the game going 5/7 for 53 yards and a touchdown.

Trubisky was out there throwing strikes like this.

Solid drive for a backup. He was looking like a different Trubisky out there. Of course, fans had jokes.

Hilarious. Of course, he’s showing off against his old squad. Get em, Mitch. Get em.
