Welp. They’ve figured him out, ladies and gentlemen. Patrick Mahomes wasn’t so special, after all. The rest of the NFL finally has his number.
It’s pretty clear. Didn’t you see it? After an absolutely mediocre performance against the Arizona Cardinals on Friday night, everyone knows the Mahomes run is over.
He only completed 10 of 18 passes against Arizona. He didn’t throw a single touchdown and threw a toe-tap interception in the endzone. That’s not winning football. In fact, folks, that’s losing football. And the Chiefs lost the game. It’s all starting to add up.
