Whenever the player ratings for the latest edition of NBA 2K drops, the basketball world responds with a flurry of reactions. Prior to the launch of the NBA 2K22, some player ratings were revealed for the upcoming video game, including Steph Curry’s.
The two-time Most Valuable Player earned a 96 rating in the game, which caught the eye of an All-Star from the Los Angeles Lakers. When Slam Gaming’s Twitter account asked about Curry’s 96 rating for 2K22, LeBron James responded.
The four-time NBA champion believes Curry’s rating should be higher than 96.

During the 2020-21 run, Curry led the NBA with 32 points per game on the way to his second scoring title. The seven-time All-Star shot 48.2% from the field and 42.1% from long distance, along with adding 5.8 assists, 5.5 rebounds and 1.2 steals per contest.
Curry joins Milwaukee’s Giannis Antetokounmpo, Brooklyn’s Kevin Durant and James as the game’s highest-rated players at 96. Curry and the rest of the group at 96 might have something to prove to get to 99 when the new NBA season starts in October.
