Titans’ A.J. Brown thinks Jets’ Elijah Moore will win Rookie of the Year

A.J. Brown is very high on his former Ole Miss teammate, Elijah Moore, in 2021.

When it comes to Offensive Rookie of the Year candidates, Tennessee Titans wide receiver A.J. Brown is putting his money on New York Jets wideout, Elijah Moore.

Brown and Moore are good friends. They developed a relationship while teammates at Ole Miss, and the pair even got together this offseason to workout with fans in Brooklyn.

Brown was also quite candid in this video shot after Moore was drafted in the second round by the Jets, saying how proud he was of his former teammate, and that he thought Moore was even better than him.

So, it comes as no surprise that Brown is bullish on Moore winning the Offensive Rookie of the Year in 2021, as he stated on “Raw Room” and reiterated on Twitter (you can view the clip and tweet here, but warning: NSFW language).

“He’s going to go crazy this year with the Jets, though,” Brown said. “Real talk. He’s a real sleeper. I’ll put my money on him for Offensive Rookie of the Year; without a doubt, over anybody. And I’m not even discrediting the guys that went ahead of him; nobody is messing with him.”

The Titans will get a firsthand look at Brown’s pick for Rookie of the Year when Moore and the Jets host Tennessee in Week 4.
