Titans add OL Jordan Roos, place WR Cody Hollister on IR

Hollister was carted off from practice on Friday with an apparent lower leg injury.

The Tennessee Titans made a pair of roster moves on Saturday morning, adding offensive lineman Jordan Roos and placing wide receiver Cody Hollister on Injured Reserve.

Hollister suffered an apparent lower leg injury during Friday’s session, and while he was able to put weight on the leg, he ended up being carted off the field. The 27-year-old was vying for one of the depth spots at his position.

Roos, originally an undrafted free agent of the Seattle Seahawks out of Purdue, worked out for the Titans earlier this week. He has appeared in 14 games (no starts) during his career, but hasn’t played in one since 2019.

The 6-foot-3, 302-pound lineman can play at both guard and center, which should help his cause. However, Roos will have quite the uphill climb to make the 53-man roster with Tennessee having a slew of solid linemen.

Tennessee will hit the practice field on Saturday morning starting at 9:30 a.m. CT.
