Pressley Harvin III was taken with the 254th pick in the 2021 NFL draft out of Georgia Tech by the Pittsburgh Steelers.
No matter what happens in the Yellow Jacket’s NFL career, he will be hard-pressed to top his debut in the Pro Football Hall of Fame Game.
Check out the beauty of a punt by the 6-0, 255-pounder from Sumter, S.C.
Harvin came in with an impressive resume from his senior season:
2020 RAY GUY AWARD WINNER
2020 UNANIMOUS ALL-AMERICA
2020 FIRST-TEAM ALL-ACC
Harvin is the first African-American to win the Ray Guy Award in its 21-year history.
Pressley Harvin now the official frontrunner for the rookie of the year award (Not sure if it's the offensive or defensive one though since I don't even know which one a punter would qualify for) #Steelers #Cowboys #halloffamegame pic.twitter.com/ukyIfo4L9L

Harvin is in select company when it comes to Georgia Tech; became the third Yellow Jacket to earn unanimous All-America honors (joining Ken Swilling – 1990 and Calvin Johnson – 2006).
The punt in the Hall of Fame Game would seem to give Harvin, um, a leg up in the battle for the role.
On the other end of the kicking spectrum, was this field-goal attempt by Dallas’ Hunter Niswander, who has to be thrilled that he also is in the battle for the punting role on the Cowboys after this.
It's not easy to lose a kicking competition on one preseason field goal, but the Cowboys kicker might have actually done it #Cowboys #Steelers #halloffamegame pic.twitter.com/lOULiPhEIR
