The Tennessee Titans were back in action at training camp for Day 7 on Wednesday, taking part in their second padded practice, which comes one day before the team will have an off day on Thursday.
The Titans once again saw some important players not participating, as wide receivers Julio Jones and Josh Reynolds, tight end Geoff Swaim, and outside linebacker Harold Landry were all absent.
Jones came down with a seemingly minor injury on Monday and has now missed two practices in a row. Reynolds and Swaim have not seen the practice field since last Thursday. Landry left early on Tuesday.
The good news is that outside linebacker Derick Roberson was back in action after leaving practice early on Saturday, and first-round pick, cornerback Caleb Farley, got in his third practice of training camp.
After practice was over, Titans head coach Mike Vrabel and left tackle Taylor Lewan addressed the media. We have the highlights from those pressers, on top of the news, notes and video from Wednesday’s session.
