The Tennessee Titans have placed outside linebacker Bud Dupree on the Reserve/COVID-19 list, the team’s Jim Wyatt announced on Twitter.
Dupree, who is currently recovering from a torn ACL suffered in December, has had a rough start to training camp.
Before being placed on the COVID-19 list, Dupree started out training camp on the PUP (Physically Unable to Perform) list.
Dupree now joins defensive back Chris Jones, who was the first Titans player to be placed on the list this offseason.
Titans general manager Jon Robinson recently revealed that the team has a vaccination rate of 90 percent, which is among the highest in the NFL. It isn’t clear if Dupree is among the vaccinated.
The Titans signed Dupree to a five-year, $82.5 million deal earlier this offseason to help bolster their lackluster pass-rush; however, Dupree has yet to take the practice field for Tennessee and his status for Week 1 remains up in the air.
