Shailene Woodley may have just dropped a clue amid Aaron Rodgers Watch. Woodley, Rodgers’ fiancee, retweeted a video post from ESPN’s Stephen A. Smith, who delivered an impassioned speech on what he thinks is really going on with Rodgers and the Green Bay Packers.
Rodgers is in the middle of what appears to be a holdout after reportedly demanding a trade. The Packers attempted to offer him a contract extension, which he declined, per ESPN’s Adam Schefter. It’s unclear whether Rodgers will report for Packers training camp this week.
“This is proof of what I’ve been talking about for months. It’s not about football. It’s not just about the money,” Smith said. “This is about the way the Green Bay Packers have treated their star player. They have disregarded him, they have dismissed him, they have minimized him, they’ve disrespected him. And he said, ‘Bump y’all, enough is enough.’”
I really don’t get what all these folks out here continue to act like they don’t get what @AaronRodgers12 is trying to say. It’s simple. pic.twitter.com/IPEn02bV0b

We’re left to piece together these clues because Rodgers has said very little about his disagreement with the Packers.
Did Woodley retweet Smith because she is in agreement? Certainly, Woodley’s mother, Lori, seemed to be in agreement when she shared the post wtih the comment: “Spoken truth.” It seems Stephen A. is onto something.
