The NBA season is a grind for everybody involved, especially for the rookies coming into the league. They have to adjust to more games, more workouts, fewer practices, and it can be a lot to handle.
The 2020-21 season was magnified due to the shortened schedule and the constant testing due to the COVID-19 pandemic. So when the season ended for the Philadelphia 76ers, they needed to take their breaks.
Guard Isaiah Joe took some time off to relax a little and decompress from the long season, but now he is back in the gym as he posted on his Instagram story. He posted a boomerang picture of himself back at the team’s practice facility to prepare for his second season in the league.

Joe averaged 3.7 points and shot 36.8% from deep in his first season with the Sixers, but there was a stretch in January when Philadelphia was hit hard with the health and safety protocols where he played well. He averaged 12.4 points and he shot 43.6% from deep and he played well on the defensive end of the floor as well. He has a bright future in the league if he continues to work hard and develop his game.
