Up until now, we haven’t seen any workout videos from Tennessee Titans left tackle, Taylor Lewan, who is recovering from a torn ACL he suffered during Week 6 of last season.
However, Lewan finally shared one via his Instagram page recently (H/T to @TitansDraftTape for the video grab), and we like what we see from the three-time Pro Bowler.
Granted, we aren’t doctors by any stretch, but we’d say his knee looks healthy in this short clip, which Lewan acknowledged with a retweet on Twitter using the eyes emoji.
Back in June, Lewan said it will be up to the Titans head coach Mike Vrabel and the training staff for when he’ll be cleared during training camp, but also noted that he’s past the rehab process and is on to training in preparation for a return to the field, per Ben Arthur of the Tennessean.

“I think the stage in which I’m in right now isn’t so much rehab. It’s training now,” Lewan said. “It’s getting ready to get back on the field and go and play and be dominant at the position I play at, which is left tackle.Â
Lewan missed the final 12 games of last season (including playoffs), but the Titans were still able to pave the way for Derrick Henry to have a 2,000-yard season, and the Titans lowered their sacks allowed total from 56 to 25.

With Lewan back in the mix, the Titans’ offensive line should be even more dominant, and that’s bad news for opposing defenses that have to contend with Henry, Julio Jones, A.J. Brown and Ryan Tannehill.
