The big stage of a major UFC pay-per-view means big money as well.
A [autotag]Conor McGregor[/autotag] fight card typically means more revenue from various sources for the UFC. On Saturday at UFC 264, competitors selected for fight night bonuses will directly benefit.
Fighters will have an opportunity to take home an increased bonus from the usual $50,000 to $75,000, MMA Junkie confirmed with officials following a Tweet from main card opener Sean O’Malley and a follow-up report from ESPN’s Marc Raimondi.

Usually, four fighters take home an announced bonus in the form of “Fight of the Night” bonus for both competitors in the best contest of the evening along with two “Performance of the Night” winners. If there is no one fight that is awarded a bonus, the promotion often chooses four individual fight winners to take home an extra paycheck for their efforts inside the cage.
Following a request from Tony Ferguson at the UFC 262 press conference, Dana White increased the bonuses for that pay-per-view event as well. With McGregor bringing in an increased cash flow for UFC 264, the same will apply on Saturday, according to chief business officer Hunter Campbell.
UFC 264 takes place on Saturday, July 10 at the T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas and will air on ESPN+ pay-per-view.
