Tennessee outfielder Jordan Beck recorded two hits Wednesday in the Cape Cod Baseball League.
Beck, who started in right field for Harwich, went 2-for-4 as the Mariners and Wareham Gatemen played to a 3-3. The game was delayed 30 minutes due to lightning.
Beck is now batting .294 for Harwich this summer and has recorded one hit in each game since going 0-for-4 with two strikeouts in his Cape Cod Baseball League debut on June 30.
He batted .271 in 2021 as a sophomore for the Volunteers, recording 15 home runs and 64 RBIs for Tennessee.
Beck played in 67 games and made 66 starts for the Vols and finished the 2021 campaign with 16 doubles and two triples.
