On Monday night, Pittsburgh Steelers offensive tackle Zach Banner threw out the first pitch before the Pittsburgh Pirates took on the Atlanta Braves. As you can see from the video, it’s clear why Banner chose football over baseball but it was a good effort nonetheless.
Banner is penciled in to be the Steelers starting right tackle this season as he works his way back from ACL surgery. Banner was supposed to be the starting right tackle last season but the knee injury he suffered in the first game of the year cost him the rest of the season.
