We’ve seen way too many injuries in the NBA playoffs this year and in the third quarter of tonight’s Game 4 between the Bucks and Hawks we saw another big one as Giannis Antetokounmpo headed back to the locker room after appearing to injure his left knee midway through the third quarter.
Antetokounmpo was helped off the court by his brother, Thanasis Antetokounmpo, and slowly made his way back to the locker room.
A few minutes later he made his way back to the bench and it seemed like he might go back in but then the Hawks got hot and opened up a 20-point lead and Giannis was seen limping back to the locker room.
