Alabama hasn’t started seeing the benefits of its historic, top recruiting class from 2021 yet, but Nick Saban and the rest of the coaching staff are already hitting the trail hard trying to solidify another top group in 2022.
Compared to this time last year, the Crimson Tide are already way ahead with several blue chip prospects committed, including five who are ranked inside — or right outside — the top 100 prospects, according to the 247Sports composite.
There are only eight current pledges, so seeing five rated that high is pretty impressive. In the month of June, Alabama added two pieces to the puzzle: four-star, top-100 running back Le’Veon Moss and rising three-star athlete Amari Niblack.
But don’t worry, we’ll get to them soon enough.
