Knoxville resident Peter Malnati is part of the 2021 player field.
Malnati is -2 and tied for 25th following Round 1. He will tee off at 1:40 p.m. EDT from hole No. 10 in Round 2 Friday.
Kramer Hickok and Satoshi Kodaira (-7) are co-leaders.
Malnati resides in Knoxville and played collegiately at Missouri from 2007-10.
He joined the PGA Tour in 2014 and has one career victory, the 2016 Sanderson Farms Championship.
Malnati has finished in the top 25 26 times. He has seven top-10 finishes and one second-place result. Malnati has participated in 179 career PGA Tour events, while making the cut 85 times.
