The Yankees turned a beautiful triple play in the ninth inning again and MLB fans were in awe

What a way to win a one-run game.

The New York Yankees have become really good at turning triple plays this season.

I mean, it’s starting to get ridiculous. They did it again Sunday to get out of a jam and beat Oakland, 2-1, at Yankee Stadium in the Bronx.

Last month the Yankees turned a triple play in the ninth inning against the Chicago White Sox that got them out of a jam and into extra innings.

Last week they took advantage of a bone-headed mistake by the Blue Jays to pull off yet another one.

On Sunday they turned a beautiful 5-4-3 triple play that rightfully had fans in awe because that’s a pretty sweet way to end a ball game.

What a great call by Michael Kay on that, too.
