If the question is, “are we still talking about that time Kyrie Irving stomped on the Boston Celtics logo?” the answer is: yes.
After NBA legend Kevin Garnett called out the Brooklyn Nets star a couple of weeks ago, we now have Garnett’s former teammate Glen “Big Baby” Davis doing the same, and this time it was after Irving injured his ankle in Game 4 of the Nets’ Eastern semifinals loss to the Milwaukee Bucks.
Davis commented on Instagram — and then apparently deleted — “That’s the same ankle stomp on lucky with.”
Lucky, as you might not know, is the name of the Celtics mascot in the logo:
