The most intriguing Spartan transfer has finally announced where he is playing the rest of his collegiate career. The one thing that will stay the same for Watts is that the initials of his college will be MSU. Watts will be playing for Mississippi State as announced on his Instagram.

Watts averaged 7.7 points, 1.7 rebounds and 2.7 assists per game over 28 games played last season. Watts will look to immediately assume a starting role whether it is at the one or two.

Michigan State will have incoming transfer Tyson Walker, and incoming freshman’s Jaden Akins, Max Christie and Pierre Brooks II. Perhaps look for the Spartans to look for one more player through the transfer portal to help fill the void left by multiple players.
