The Baltimore Ravens selected Ben Mason with the 184th overall pick in the 2021 NFL draft. He played a multitude of roles during his time at the University of Michigan, as he was utilized in an H-back role while also seeing time on defense.
Mason was one of the many Baltimore rookies that chose to attend rookie minicamp, but after practicing on Friday, he didn’t suit up on Saturday due to an injury issue that head coach John Harbaugh described as “tearing the skin off his feet”.

It seems like Mason’s injury has something to do with the cleats that he wore, so hopefully over the next few days his feet will heal and he’ll be ready to participate when his next opportunity to get on the field rolls around. He’s figured to be tried out at a plethora of different positions for the Ravens, so the more practice time he can get in with his new team, the better.
