Video shows immediate aftermath of Jiri Prochazka’s violent KO of Dominick Reyes

Jiri Prochazka and Dominick Reyes give us a stark reminder of the emotional toll after two fighters go to war with each other.

[autotag]Jiri Prochazka[/autotag] and [autotag]Dominick Reyes[/autotag] gave us a wild 9 minutes and 29 seconds of fighting last week when they stepped into the octagon at UFC on ESPN 23. When it was all said and done, Prochazka delivered a finish worthy of “Knockout of the Year” consideration after he obliterated Reyes with a spinning elbow.

As you can imagine, the emotional and physical toll taken on both fighters – especially Reyes – was major. The immediate aftermath from the fight was captured on video for the ESPN+ series “UFC Destined,” a snippet of which Prochazka shared on social media.

In it, you see and hear the agony Reyes is experiencing, as well as the joys of victory for Prochazka, after two men share a post-fight moment. It’s compelling stuff and a stark reminder of just how devastated and elated fighters can be when they go to war with each other.
