Advice and prediction
The Thunder have lost four in a row and 18 of their last 19 games. It’s not really a question of whether they’ll lose in San Francisco on Thursday, but by how much. Despite their terrible record, the Thunder have gone 5-4 against the spread over their last nine games, while the Warriors are 4-5 in that same span.
I’m staying away from the spread, and the total, as I don’t think the Thunder reach 100 in this game, but the Warriors’ point total is far more unpredictable. This is a Thunder team that allowed 152 points to the Pacers recently, but the Warriors could just as conceivable score 125 on their own and still hit the under.
Instead, I’m taking the Thunder team total under 104.5 at +105. Oklahoma City is missing several key players due to injury, and has failed to break 100 in four of their last six games. If you’re feeling especially confident after that last stat, you can get +210 odds on Thunder under 99.5.
Prediction: Warriors 115, Thunder 98
