The Tennessee Titans added to their cornerbacks room on Thursday night during the first round of the 2021 NFL draft after selecting Virginia Tech product, Caleb Farley, at No. 22 overall.
It was a foregone conclusion that the Titans would take a cornerback at some point in this year’s draft, but it wasn’t clear exactly when that would happen.
Well, we got our answer, as the prospect of grabbing a talented young corner with elite potential like Farley, who does come with some injury risk due to multiple back surgeries, was too good of an opportunity to pass up.
Shortly after the selection was made, Titans general manager Jon Robinson and head coach Mike Vrabel spoke to the media and touched on a number of topics relating to the team’s newest cornerback, including what his medical outlook is moving forward.
