Redshirt Sophomore Damon Kaylor became one of five Spartans to enter their name into the transfer portal today. The offensive lineman is also the 24 Spartan to enter the transfer portal since August of 2020.
Kaylor, was a three star recruit in the class of 2019 and was the No. 3 offensive tackle in the state of Indiana. He redshirted in 2019 and did not see the field in 2020.
This has easily been the craziest day for Michigan State in the transfer portal since August as the previous high for was four names entering the transfer portal on December 18. Expect the Spartans to look for more targets in the transfer portal as the 2021 season nears.
I would like to thank all of the coaches at Michigan State and Coach Dantonio for the opportunity they gave me to attend Michigan State, but after talking with them and my family I feel that it is best for me to enter my name in the transfer portal. pic.twitter.com/wFzr8HT3SW
