Ten days ago, we put a spotlight on the odds surrounding the No. 3 pick in the NFL draft that currently belongs to the San Francisco 49ers.
The odds on it had shifted to make Ohio State quarterback Justin Fields the betting favorite to be taken at No. 3 overall, and I’ll repeat myself: it could mean everything or it could mean nothing.
That goes for the odds as of Monday morning, which have now shifted BACK to Alabama quarterback Mac Jones as the favorite. Per BetMGM, Jones is now at -200, with Trey Lance next at +175. Fields is a +550 longshot.
As the #49ers close in on their decision of which QB to take at No. 3, sources say they are down to two prospects — and the belief is those two are #Bama QB Mac Jones and #NDSU QB Trey Lance. Several sources say the focus does appear to have shifted to those two.

Thing is, these could shift again before Thursday. This could be due to betting patterns. It could be someone has some inside info. But it’s worth noting!
