The Philadelphia 76ers will be hosting one of the best teams in the Western Conference in the Phoenix Suns on Wednesday and they will be heading into the matchup shorthanded again.
For the second straight game, the Sixers will not have Ben Simmons who is continuing to work through a non-COVID illness and Tobias Harris will miss his third straight game with right knee soreness. Joining those two on the injury report is also Seth Curry who will miss the game with a left hip flexor.
In their place, Philadelphia will turn to Shake Milton, Furkan Korkmaz, and Matisse Thybulle to join Danny Green and Joel Embiid in the starting lineup.
The projected starting lineup for tonight:
Shake Milton
Danny Green
Furkan Korkmaz
Matisse Thybulle
Joel Embiid #Sixers— Ky Carlin (@Ky_Carlin) April 21, 2021
The Sixers will have to band together in order to pick up a win over one of the best teams in the league. The Suns feature an explosive scorer in Devin Booker as well as an elite floor general in Chris Paul. This will be one of the more impressive wins of the season if Philadelphia can get it done.
