We all know the kind of numbers former LSU star wide receiver Jamarr Chase put up during this year’s pro day, and he attributes that success to his intense draft training program at the renowned EXOS Training Facility.
His trainer says the program was specifically designed to help him increase is speed and consistency while increasing his body mass.
After opting out of the 2020 season to better prepare for the NFL, Chase was excited to show off his improvements at Pro Day, and he put on a show to say the least running a 4.38 in the 40-yard dash, and that alone locked him in at the number one wide-receiver spot in the NFL Draft.
His explosiveness was tested as well as scouts were hopeful he would have the ability to bully defenders and get open as easy or better than he did at LSU, and those scouts were blown away after Chase marked a 41-inch vertical that day.

The trainers at EXOS had a lot to do with the major improvements to Chase’s numbers after addressing exactly what he would need to work on to be considered one of the draft’s best prospects.
His 12-week training program included daily speed sessions, daily physical therapy sessions, daily position work sessions, and daily strength training sessions. Trainers comment saying Chase never missed a workout or session, in fact he showed up early to most.
A regular week consists of the same intense training schedule six days a week with a rest day on Sunday. EXOS trainers say Jamarr Chase came in at 200 pounds and is now a solid 207, with 212 being recorded at his heaviest.
Amid the weight gain, Chase’s speed and explosiveness continued to improve. Chase is still projected to be drafted at number 3 or 4 and top receiver in the draft class.
