Former Michigan State basketball forward Thomas Kithier chooses Valparaiso

Thomas Kithier was the third former Spartan to make the decision to transfer. He announced tonight he will be heading to Valparaiso.

Thomas Kithier joined Rocket Watts and Jack Hoiberg in making the decision to transfer from the Michigan State program this offseason.

Kithier had been a member of the basketball program for three years now and will also be graduating from the university, making himself a graduate transfer.

Kithier announced his transfer destination this evening via his Twitter page.

Kithier will be heading to Valparaiso of the Missouri Valley Conference. Valpo will give Kithier a fresh start to show off the player he can be.

Michigan State fans all over will be cheering on the success of this former Spartan.
