Advice and prediction

The Celtics are playing some of their best basketball of the season, with five consecutive wins and seven wins in their last eight games. Stephen Curry has been scorching hot for Golden State, with 30-point performances in each of the Warriors’ last seven games.

Both the Warriors and Celtics are fairly unpredictable of late in terms of the point total, but the bet I like the most in Saturday’s game is Steph Curry’s point total player prop. At BetMGM, Curry is currently listed at -125 to go over 31.5 points against Boston – and at his current rate, that seems like a lock.

In the month of April, Curry is averaging 39 points over eight games, and has hit over 31.5 in each of those starts. During that span, he’s been ultra-aggressive offensively, with 22.3 shots per game and 13.4 3-point attempts per game, both well above his season averages. Curry is openly talking about gunning for Klay Thompson’s record 14 3s made in a game, so it’s likely he’s going to come out firing. Take the Curry over and enjoy the show.

Prediction: Celtics 118, Warriors 113
