Few things unite Miami Dolphins fans quite like the adoration of the team’s throwback uniforms. So much of the Dolphins’ rich history has come with variations of the “old school” logo that the team sported throughout their early years — so it is understandable that Dolphins fans thirst for a return to what the successes of old looked like.
Unfortunately for Dolphins fans, it seems as though we’re no closer to seeing the throwbacks adopted as the full-time look than we were when the team reintroduced them into the rotation. So for all the fanfare and support, we’ll only catch a glimpse as Miami’s most beautiful threads a handful of times each season.
But if (or, hopefully, when) the Dolphins do make a change, there will be no shortage of concepts for the team to explore if the throwback do become the full-time fit. We’ve seen a modernized version of the throwbacks rendered earlier this offseason and we’ve even seen an orange “alternative” jersey from the same fashion as the throwbacks.
But what about some color for the bottom? The latest Dolphins photoshop of the offseason features Miami’s current throwback uniforms with aqua pants.
If the @MiamiDolphins bring back the throwbacks for good should they add aqua pants? pic.twitter.com/KEgebg84AT

What do you think, Dolphins fans? If Miami brings the retro look back down the road as Miami’s permanent uniforms, would you like to see the aqua pants as a new addition to the classic fit?
