It’s been a wild year or so for Dak Prescott. It was only back in October that Dak Prescott suffered a devastating injury to his right ankle. The timing couldn’t have been worse with him essentially playing for a contract extension.
Then the deal finally came. He inked a new, massive extension with the Cowboys in March despite his injury.
Now, he can finally get back to football. And that’s what it looked like he was doing on Wednesday. Quarterback trainer Damian Devon posted a video to Twitter with Prescott making some throws off of that ankle.
And he looked pretty sharp doing it.

It’s great to see Dak back on the field after such a devastating injury. You can tell it’s the right foot and that he’s not all the way back just yet.
But it’s clear he’s working his way back. And that’s a great sign.
