Scott Drew and Baylor completed the greatest turnaround in college basketball history Monday night when the Bears captured the 2021 NCAA Tournament championship with an 86-70 rout of previously unbeaten Gonzaga.
Baylor was nearly perfect all night and at one point had outscored Gonzaga 30-3 from behind the arc.
CBS closed the broadcast with “One Shining Moment”, a tradition that started following Indiana’s dramatic win over Syracuse in the 1987 title.
This year’s “One Shining Moment” didn’t include any highlights of Notre Dame players but is worth watching as it again recaps so much of the last three weeks.
